пол., брит. обсуждение по окончании парламенского дня [перед перерывом\] (краткое получасовое обсуждение вопросов, которые поднимаются одним из рядовых членов парламента, по завершении обсуждения повестки дня; право предлагать вопросы на обсуждение перед перерывом определяется спикером по результатам еженедельного; обычно члены парламента используют эту процедуру для обсуждения проблем их избирательных округов)
